Work with Chris
Hello, I’m a neurodivergent dad and husband.
Like many other late-diagnosed neurodivergent men, I spent years building a successful career and living life while quietly feeling the toll of chronic overwhelm until I finally crashed and chose to step back and prioritize my health and family.
Today, I support neurodivergent men in finding clarity, reducing overwhelm, and creating practical systems that fit their lives. My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and rooted in lived experience.
The Nuts and Bolts
-
My focus is on supporting neurodivergent men who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns that no longer work for them.
I work with individuals who are navigating ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD (especially those with late identification or diagnosis), career or life transitions, or the ongoing challenge of finding balance in life.
-
We begin with an intake session to review your background and what you’re hoping to change or experience through the coaching process. This session also provides clarity around expectations and an opportunity to determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
From there, we move into ongoing coaching sessions, focusing on your goals and implementing practical strategies; adjusting as needed to keep the process flexible, collaborative, and aligned with your capacity.
-
Through coaching, I can support you in:
Establishing daily rhythms that feel restorative rather than draining.
Strengthening emotional regulation in ways that positively impact parenting and relationships.
Moving through career and life transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Reclaiming and understanding your authentic self after a late identification or diagnosis.
-
Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, emphasizing practical strategies, systems, and skill-building rather than diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
Therapy often explores healing, processing past experiences, and addressing mental health symptoms, while coaching focuses on present challenges and forward movement.
Coaching does not provide clinical diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support, and works best alongside therapy for clients who are already receiving mental health care.
